How to use the shower

Our shower has a thermostatic valve that shuts the water off when it gets to shower temperature. This means you can twist the control below the shower head far to the right to start the flow of water, and while it warms up, you can do something else like brush your teeth. You’ll know the water is ready when the shower slows to a trickle.

Once that happens, you can pull the string near the shower to release the valve and start a nice warm shower.

On the control, twist less or clockwise for colder water and to shut the shower off. Turn counterclockwise to increase water temperature.
