Common washer errors and how to fix them
Start button not responding
If the start button is not responding when you press it, hold it while giving the washer a few good taps on the top. It should start fine with that. This part of the bunny laundry video shows a demonstration of the problem and how to fix it.
OE Error
If you see the OE error on the washer, it stopped mid-cycle because it is not draining correctly. This is almost always because the filter is clogged and needs to be cleaned. This part of the filter cleaning video shows you the steps and how to proceed.
Once you are done cleaning the filter, the OE error should still be visible, and the start/pause button should be flashing. Press the start/pause button to resume the cycle and finish the washing and drying.
