How to use the oven and stovetop

Our oven is set to use Farenheit units, and is an induction stovetop, which works slightly differently from an electric stovetop. One difference is that pans must be magnetic, that water boils very quickly, and that the hobs do not stay hot long - they cool off much more quickly.

This video shows how to use the oven and boil water using the kettle. Our kettle does not make a whistling noise when water is boiling, but you will be able to see steam come out and the water will sound a little different when it is ready.
